FAWN & MOOSE COLLAR CO REFUND POLICY
Our collars are custom-made for each pet and therefore cannot be returned.
If you purchased an ‘off the rack’ (premade) collar at one of our market days or from one of our retail displays, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note, that you will be responsible for return shipping.
Fireflies™, Flanlz™, Tooqs™ and clothing are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Items must be clean, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging in order to be returned. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on our Boojee Bar shampoo bars. Please note, that you will be responsible for return shipping.
COLLAR WARRANTY CLAIMS:
We warranty against defects in manufacturing… meaning if the cable breaks or frays, we’ll replace it. And if either the martingale or the beads break, we’ll replace it.
Minor scratches, scuffs and scratches are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under our warranty. Our collars are strong — not invincible.
Please begin by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the defect.
If your claim is initially accepted, you’ll need to return the item to us for inspection. If your return is accepted we will gladly replace the item for you right away.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
